Special Guest: Ro Khanna, the 2004 US Congressional Candidate, attorney at O'melveny and Myers, graduate of University of Chicago, Yale Law School. He is 29 years old. He grew up in Pennsylvania and he is a second generation South Asian. He believes that this fundraiser is important since heart disease is the leading killer of men and women in US. Each year 350,000 die of sudden cardiac death. If you take all heart disease, one person dies every minute from heart disease everyday in America.
Survivor Highlights:
Ms. Karen Moret is a SURVIVOR of Sudden Cardiac Arrest who had her life saved by Firemen in the Tahoe area. She is also a professional skater with the following: Holiday on Ice, Ice Follies, Las Vegas on Ice, Rock'N Ice in Sun City and So. Africa, also Razzle Dazzle in Reno, Nevada
